We developed the infrastructure to support the special effects created live in the Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity. It is documented on BBC Click about 2:10 in, plus various press releases. This consisted of highly optimised data acquisition and storage scripts.
The data was also processed in real time and a series of bespoke APIs implemented for use by the creative effects tools.
This project was completed under tight timescales in an extremely agile manner.
Our extensive experience of running important technology demonstrations for Philips Electronics (often by the CEO) allowed us to put in place a series of fallback options should any part of the system fail. An eventuality that luckily we did not have to call upon.
