Long busy summer
A quick update on some of the activities at Winchester Innovation this summer.
We are now members of the Microsoft BizSpark programme. So we have been using the latest tools and software from Microsoft. And very good it is too. One of our current projects involves MS technology on board the Pieter Schelte vessel. Early days yet, but more will be revealed later. Interestingly we can also apply for funding to turn your Android / iOS app into a Windows 8 app.
Along with ASH Wireless, we are progressing some industrial control apps with a few more at the brainstorming stage.
Our executive training related app is now in final beta on iOS, awaiting the company formation before setting up an Apple account and uploading to App Store. We have started the Android version too.
We have an update imminent for anyTide app, just waiting for the British Geological Survey to tick a few last boxes.
Plus we have some other projects on the go, and a take on using offshore subcontractors but we sill save these for another post.
